A general theory for Metabolic Typing

Nature’s Plan for human physical wellness is for adults to:
1) DISCARD reference ranges for non-invasive biomarkers based on “normal” or “average” health.
2) For each specific organ or metabolic system of concern, replace these biomarker reference ranges for OPTIMAL HEALTH-WELLNESS,
3) Please identify non-invasive, vital-signs-like testing for each specific organ or metabolic system of concern. Such tests generate biomarker numbers,
4) By comparing current biomarker numbers against its OPTIMAL reference range, the present condition of an organ or system as hypo-, hyper- or balanced — is revealed,
5) It is then possible, by simply modulating food and drink choices, to “follow the numbers” back to health for that organ or body system,
6) Finally after having some success with these methods, it is hoped an individual can and will teach family, friends and other church members how to do this.
Considerations:
- Ideally one or more, non-invasive vital-signs-like tests are identified for each organ and body system,
- A reference range for ONLY optimal health-wellness must be identified for the organ or body system,
- The more common the above two factors become, the more robust Metabolic Typing is to define optimal physical wellness; and as a method to “follow the numbers” back towards optimal physical wellness,
- Finally, ALL healthcare methods, from podiatrist to brain surgeon, from acupuncture to TCM herbal prescribing, can be benefitted by at least RBTI urine-saliva biomarker testing, as part of baseline, patient intake tests.
Q: Does this mean perfect physical health is achieveable?
A: Metabolic Typing is NOT a Magic Pill. It is a category of related methods and protocols with a general outline as described above.
Complicating matters, our physical health is NOT separate from our mental-emotional -unconscious health and contentment. Hopefully once clients exhaust the benefits possible to obtain via strictly nutritional adjustments, they become interested in methods of self-connection, to improve their mental-emotional health — which will then also better their physical-material health. Make sense?

Metabolic Typing honors biological individuality
All tests, measures and analysis can and must be done within the narrow range of one person, one client, at a time. This respects biological individuality.
Once the optimal reference range is identified for an organ or system, at-home testing-measuring reveals by simple comparing, whether the present condition of an organ or system is hypo-, hyper- or balanced.
Q: Do patterns and categories of disturbed health exist in MT?
A: Yes. Most MT practitioners use from three to 12 categories of metabolic DYSfunction. Dr. Kelley had 16 categories. One reasons for MT practs to come together is to share info on their categories and see if a more useful and durable consensus on metabolic patterns is available.

RBTI in the light of Metabolic Typing
RBTI is a form of MT. RBTI is Metabolic Typing in the critical realm of lymph biochemistry. With ‘God as his Partner, in 1931, Dr. Reams identified seven biomarkers denoting optimal lymph biochem health.
RBTI has been isolated, sequestered and obscure in large part because — outside of Metabolic Typing — mainstream medicine uses “average” and “normal” biomarker reference ranges. Find full discussion in my other MetType booklets.
Q: How easy will it be for RBTI to re-conceive of itself as part of a medical movement to establish and “follow the numbers” of optimal reference ranges?
A: At the rate things are going, I estimate about 50 years.
