Jan 2022 note ~ Obesity and overweight have an overwhelming amount of literature, overwhelming diverse guesses for what is workable. A good way to get beyond the “noise” is to go 100 years into the future and imagine how obesity will be addressed when both consumers and practitioners agree:

1) The individual — not doctors, not drugs, not advertising have primary agency for what you put into your body; and

2) Low quality food is the Sick Industry’s best friend. Only building healthy soils can grow healthy food fit for human consumption.

By 2122, many more farmers will be growing high-brix fruits and vegetables worth eating. The fantasy of growing nutritious food in sterile dirt with chemicals, will be a thing of the distant past. Living soils, with high beneficial microbe content will be the norm.

So here it is…

How obesity will be treated in the year 2122

Join me now in the first of a lecture series, at the local public library, by your friendly neighborhood urine-saliva biomarker tester-consultant.

Welcome to all. Thank you for attending. [The speaker briefly shares her biography and training.] I have an easel here; what are your questions? [The speaker scribes questions voiced from the audience, leaving them visible.]

Thank you for these. Now I know what topics to highlight and which I can pass over.

Let’s get one term out of the way. I’m a USBA tester-consultant. USBA stands for urine-saliva biomarker analysis. Dr. Carey Reams innovated this method. In 2122, it is the most accepted mainstream healthcare practice. Practitioners across diverse fields, from emergency medicine techs to foot doctors, employ USBA testing labs to assess the “fish bowl,” The Living Waters, an individual client’s cells and organs must live in. If this is too technical, you can conceive of Reams’ method as Nature’s Biofeedback Plan for human health from the inside out.

Two-fold nature of most extra weight

In USBA, we think about overweight issues as being two-fold. How much of this client’s weight is stored excess wastes unable to exit the body? This first pattern was once called the “beer belly,” the “extra spare tie,” or “love handles.” Then, the second pattern: How much of this client’s weight is stored, mis-folded proteins, the body needs support to rid itself of?

This second pattern was once called “cellulite.” Old Medicine doctors knew cellulite was not primarily fat; yet, they did not know what it was. Not until 2025, when it became common knowledge Glyphosate (RoundUp weed killer) was causing the formation of mis-folded proteins.

The topic of mis-folded proteins emerged after Reams’ death. It can be addressed by moving all biomarkers numbers of the urine-saliva tests into the A Range of health.

WE have more understanding of the far simpler topic of the body storing excess metabolic wastes it is unable to excrete.

The body’s big problem

If protein wastes are not removed in a timely manner, the body has a real dilemma. The body has to store excess wastes somewhere; hence, the “beer belly” body phenomena. As is often the case in health, one, two or three unrelated causative factors collude to create beer bellies.

Pretend you are your physical body now. As long as you can excrete metabolic wastes as quickly as they are generated, you are happy. What happens if metabolic wastes are generated faster than you can release them? Then you have a problem. You have to store them; you have no other option.

Where will you store excess wastes? Wherever you can. Bones being solid, can’t store much of anything. Hey, how about your soft tissues? You could store a barrel of stuff there! Below the rib cage, the digestive organs are not enclosed by bones. You can expand their volume a great deal.

Additionally, the muscles on the front of the abdomen may become weak from two causes:

- Too many salt wastes stored in abdominal muscles, turning them into “beef jerky,” and/or

- Too little exercise of abdominal muscles.

These two causes converge on weak abdominal muscles which bow outwards.

Q: Why didn’t Old Medicine doctors pay attention to this?

A: If your main healthcare tools are synthetic drugs and surgery, you have no tools and little to say about optimizing waste removal thru urine and poop, nor, about unblocking blocked exit pathways for metabolic wastes.

Q: How do we detox stored excess waste?

A: Again, our physical body has very limited options here. If our stomach senses toxins, it can throw-up the toxins out the mouth. Other than that, it’s primarily limited to using urine and poop, kidneys and intestines; more rarely, skin rashes and eruptions.

Q: What can I do to Befriend my Biology and support it?

A: You can monitor the color and thickness of your urine. When you observe the color and thickness of your urine is too yellow and/or too thick with dead cells, this is your body asking for more frequent water drinking,

Q: So if my urine is too colorful or too thick, I should always drink lots more water?

A: Not necessarily. [Text continues on to discuss healing crises both mild and strong]
