I’m a veteran of change wars in public schools, charter schools and college counseling programs.

DDO is all very well and good. My experience is not much changes — or can change — unless and until management-leadership hires sufficient numbers of intuitive feelers and then supports them. These tend to be counselors and possibly therapists and life coaches.

It’s primarily the iNtuitive Feelers, the NFs in MBTI, who enjoy attuning to insights about other individuals; and then, support them to make changes relevant to the client’s personal challenges.

This is what many male managers especially are challenged to value and support practically in DDO.
