Blueprint of WE went well, whetted appetite for bigger change

Blueprint of WE (BofWE), the subject of our last article, first had a big impact on in staff meetings for elected members of Congress who made use of it.

This simple process of clarifying participation and expectations spread next to working committees with Women In Congress. Any working groups who applied the simple tools of BofWE, became more productive and more effective on their goals.

How? Given the groundwork BofWE lays down for groups, the best available consensus becomes more obvious and more easily achieved.

Additionally, the stress level of working together goes down; including, the boredom. Anyone who suspects a choice will create conflict, can simply look at their copy of their colleagues BofWe.
